- How long does an order take?
- Every piece is made after you order it. Production is typically 2 to 12 working days depending on the item — each product page lists its own timeline — plus 2 to 7 days for delivery.
- Can I ask for a different colour or size?
- Yes. Products marked customisable can be adapted, and anything else can be commissioned through our Customized Orders page.
- Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
- We do — for boutiques, weddings, events and corporate gifting, including private labelling and custom packaging. Request a quote from the Bulk Orders page.
- Do you ship across India?
- Yes, pan-India. Shipping is free above ₹1,499 and a flat ₹79 below that.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full.
- Are the colours exactly as shown?
- Close, but handmade work varies slightly between pieces and screens render colour differently. Small variation is part of the character.
