Shipping Policy
How and when your order reaches you.
Production time
Every piece is made by hand after you order it, so dispatch takes longer than a mass-produced item. Each product page lists its own production time, typically 2 to 12 working days.
Delivery
We ship across India. Once dispatched, metro addresses usually receive orders in 2 to 4 working days and other locations in 4 to 7.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. Below that a flat ₹79 applies.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
